Registration Registration is required to attend the 2006 Kalachakra teachings at Amaravati. Once you have registered you will be issued with a personal ID card that you will need to show to enter the teaching and accommodation sites. There is a non-refundable registration fee of US$10 to offset the administrative, printing and postage costs etc involved with the organisation of this event. However, the Government of India, the Government of Andhra Pradesh and the Central Tibetan Administration are investing substantial funds and resources to facilitate arrangements for the Kalachakra 2006. In acknowledgement of that contribution and keeping in mind the relatively low means of most of those who live in South Asia and plan to attend the teaching, people from within the region are being given the opportunity to register at the subsidised rate of Five Rupees. All registrations must be received by 30th September 2005. 1.
